New Hire: Michael Johnson, Regional Sales Manager

Michael Johnson serves as Regional Sales Manager for ZymeCO and brings a strong background in agronomy, biologicals, and specialty crop sales.
Raised in Birmingham, Alabama, he earned his degree from Auburn University and has held roles with ProFarm, PBI Gordon, FMC, Bayer Crop Science, and Valent BioSciences. Michael is passionate about joining ZymeCO’s innovative team and helping deliver value-driven technology to growers.
Outside of work, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time on the lake with his fiancée, family, and friends in Auburn, Alabama.

ZymeCO announced the appointment of Erin Ahlers as Vice President, Manufacturing Operations. Ahlers brings more than three decades of agriculture industry experience spanning the full product pipeline, including early R&D, product development and field testing, manufacturing operations, and global quality assurance.

Nutrients often get “stuck” in the soil. FulviZyme acts like a tiny “nutrient shuttle” that grabs those nutrients and helps deliver them to the plants where they can actually use them.

Not all enzymes are the same and where they come from makes a big difference. At ZymeCO, our laccase enzyme is derived from white rot fungi because they are more potent and stable. This means our enzymes are more effective at breaking down thatch and crop residue.
ZymeCO’s enzyme products are made through a natural fermentation process to work quickly in breaking down organic matter like thatch or crop residue. These bio-active enzymes are not living organisms, which means they’re very consistent, easy to store, and act right away.
