ZymeCO Appoints Erin Ahlers as Vice President of Manufacturing Operations

Seasoned agriculture leader brings 30+ years across R&D, product development, manufacturing, and global quality to accelerate ZymeCO’s growth


Colorado Springs, CO | November 3, 2025 — ZymeCO announced the appointment of Erin Ahlers as Vice President, Manufacturing Operations. Ahlers brings more than three decades of agriculture industry experience spanning the full product pipeline, including early R&D, product development and field testing, manufacturing operations, and global quality assurance.


Ahlers is a Master Certified Professional Coach with 25 years of people leadership. She combines technical depth with a proven track record of building high-performing teams and scalable processes. Originally from Minnesota and a graduate of the University of Minnesota, she has held roles across the United States while at Monsanto/Bayer, including assignments in Iowa, North Carolina, Louisiana, and Missouri. She recently relocated to Colorado Springs.

In her new role, Ahlers will oversee end-to-end manufacturing strategy and execution, with a focus on building production capacity, quality systems, supplier excellence, and continuous improvement. Her coaching background will support ZymeCO’s commitment to talent development and a culture of ownership.


Outside of work, Ahlers and her husband, Jack, have been married for 28 years and have three grown children who now span multiple U.S. time zones. The family enjoys Colorado’s outdoor life, including hiking, camping, and biking. They recently completed the Manitou Incline for the first time and share their home with two labradors, Sammie and Dakota.
